The patient was affected by aging changes in her face and neck. A thread lift performed elsewhere did not provide satisfactory improvement in tissue sagging. Her upper eyelids had been lifted three years prior at another facility. The patient stated that she wanted the facelift for herself, for her sense of well-being, and to enjoy looking in the mirror again in the morning.
An extended Deep Plane Facelift and an open neck lift were performed. Autologous fat transfer was also used simultaneously to correct facial volume loss.
