The patient was primarily affected by skin sagging on the cheeks and neck, as well as the sunken contour around the cheekbones.
An extended Deep Plane Facelift was performed together with an open neck lift. Simultaneously, autologous fat transfer was used to correct volume loss in the central facial area, including the lips. The combination of tightening and fat transfer restored the attractive appearance of the face.
