The patient is a dynamic, lively person. She was bothered by the aging changes in her face and neck. She mentioned that she unconsciously pulled her cheeks to the side with her fingers whenever she looked in the mirror. She wanted correction of tissue sagging in the cheeks, marionette lines, neck skin sagging, and eyelid sagging. The patient did not want an overly strong lift of the lateral eyebrows to avoid feeling unfamiliar. She wanted all bothersome aging changes corrected in a single procedure, if possible.
